Gaotang Dongda Knitted Garments Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 by Mr. Xu Shudong(4.5 million RMB yuan)and Xu Shuling(500,000 RMB yuan). With several years'development, the company has now become an export-oriented enterprise mainly engaged in the processing of kintted goods and garments. In 2003, the company was authorized the self-support imp. & exp. power. In the year 2004, the further expansion of the building finished. And now the company occupies a floor area of 5,400 sq. meters and production surface of 3,300 sq. meters. The company has the following organs: Enterprise Management Dept., General Office, Finance Dept., Process Dept., Production plan Dept., Production Technology Dept., Sample Exhibition Room, Production Division, Imp. & Exp. Dept. etc. The Production Division has 6 workshops including 1 tailoring room, 4 sewing rooms and 1 packing room. All departments are well coordinated. In the Imp. & Exp. Dept., we contact all customers on the internet, which is very quick and convenient. In this way, we can learn the market information timely, master the market laws and accordingly adjust the products prices to achieve better benefit. The company now has more than 300 employees and 250 workers, and we also have professional designers who are responsible for the design of garments and tailoring techniques. Our company mainly manufacture various kinds of men's/women's T-shirts, pants; baby/children's garments; various printed apparel & accessories, cotton cloth as well as garments of various styles. At the same time, we can make different garments upon clients'request. The products qualities all reach export standard and customers are always very satisfied with them. In 2005, our products passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System, and are mainly exported to Kong Kong, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Africa and the UK etc, and the domestic markets cover Shandong, Henan and Jiangsu etc. We have established stable cooperation with 3 agencies of foreign business to consolidate our sales network.
After several years'development, the company now has fixed assets of 16 million RMB yuan and house property of 4 million RMB yuan as well as more than 200 sewing machines worthy of 3 million RMB yuan. We start new related project while maintaining the existing production capacity. We now makes a requisition of land of 120 mu for the construction of sinning & weaving flowline workshop. After the completion of the construction, the annual production capacity of cotton yarn is predicted to be 4,000 tons, cloth 2,000 tons, with sales income over 100 millin RMB yuan and profit payments and tax turnover 20 million RMB yuan.
